About Us

The Foundation awards grants to teachers across the district every year.

Foundation trustees surprise Mrs. Hately’s fourth-grade class with a new grant award for Brain Pop.

The SD113A Educational Foundation is a 501(c)(3) public charity committed to improving academic outcomes for all students in the Lemont-Bromberek Combined School District 113A. We collaborate with the school board, school administration and staff, PTO and other organizations in our area to help achieve district-aligned goals and objectives.

Follow the foundation on Twitter @SD113a_Edu_Fdn.

Founded in May, 2010, by a group of local parents, the Foundation is managed by a board of directors, including the offices of President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer.

We are here to make a difference. We are investing in future generations. There are many ways you can get involved and make a difference too. We invite you to participate in an event, volunteer your time or simply make a monetary contribution.
